Whitelisting
I want to ensure that you won’t miss out on any of my emails. More and more, ISPs (eg. OptusNet, BigPond, Earthlink, AOL, Comcast etc) and mail services (eg. Hotmail, Yahoo etc) are using filtering systems to try and keep spam out of your inboxes. Sometimes however, they accidentally filter the email that you do want to receive. The last thing you want to do is blame your ISP or mail service. Nowadays, the volume of spam has become ridiculous and the algorithms they use to figure out what is spam (and what is not) are complicated. So inevitably, mistakes do happen. Unfortunately, we all have to deal with the consequences of what spammers do to the Internet. To make sure that the Trading-Plan mail is not deleted or filtered into a ‘junk/spam’ folder, please add the following details to your list of trusted senders/your address book/contact list (in your e-mail software) and to your ISP/mail service's whitelist ... Name: Stuart McPhee Email: stuart@trading-plan.com Email: trading-plan1@aweber.com
(AWeber ~ www.aweber.com ~ is the mailing list company I use and occasionally email will come from the above address as well) Now, you should never miss email from me. It's a shame to go through all this trouble but you can blame it on the spammers. Your ISP or mail service is only trying to protect you. The bottom line is that things have become so complicated in the ever-escalating war between spammers and ISPs/mail services, that you and I are accidentally caught in their cross-fire.
